July 6th
Port Trent and Trent-Severn Waterway Beginning

Port Trent is new and beautiful, in boating terms.  It has wide floating docks, great club house, free laundry and ice cream.  Down town restaurants and stores are a block away. We ate at Tomaso's Italian on the Trent River and would recommend it.

  2. Great pics of the NY to Ontario waterways. That lift with one boat up and one down via piston and cylinder is amazing. Did you engineer that, Kit? And who can't like the shiny black engine of the RR exhibit?

Hope the error of the first mate's ways have been corrected and that she is back on normal wine rations.
